为切实做好在呼港澳台同胞、外籍人士新冠病毒疫苗接种工作，为自愿接种的港澳台同胞、外籍人士提供服务，现定于2022年5月13日（星期五）上午9:30—11:30，在内蒙古自治区综合疾病预防控制中心1楼，第九次集中为在呼外籍人士、港澳台同胞进行疫苗接种。按照相关工作部署，本次安排3周岁以上人群第一剂、第二剂新冠病毒疫苗接种，同时开展18周岁以上加强免疫针接种（与第二剂接种间隔6个月以上）。接种第一剂人员请务必携带本人身份证件，接种第二剂人员请务必携带本人身份证件及第一剂接种凭证前往接种点。接种加强免疫新冠病毒疫苗请务必携带本人身份证件及前两剂接种凭证前往接种点。请需要接种新冠病毒疫苗的在呼港澳台同胞、外籍人士准时前往。

Notice on COVID-19 Vaccination for Foreign Nationals in Hohhot

In order to help foreign nationals and compatriots from Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan in Hohhot to get COVID-19 vaccination in the principle of voluntary participation, the eighth round of COVID-19 vaccination for foreign nationals will be organized in Hohhot on May 13, 2022 (Friday), from 9:30 am to 11:30 am at 1^st floor, Inner Mongolia Integrative Center for Disease Control and Prevention. According to relevant work arrangements, foreign nationals aged 3 and above are eligible for the 1^st /2^nd dose of COVID-19 vaccination, and a booster shot is available for the group aged 18 and above (the interval between the booster shot and the 2^nd dose shall be over six months). First dose recipients should bring valid ID document, while second and booster dose recipients should bring the ID document and the vaccination certification for the former dose(s). Foreign nationals and compatriots from Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan who need to get the vaccination, please go to the designated site on time and prepare the health code and travel code in advance.

for Foreign Nationals in Hohhot

1、有无年龄要求？  

目前在呼外籍人士接种新冠疫苗年龄要求为3周岁以上。加强针年龄要求为18周岁以上。

Q1: What is the age requirement for COVID-19 vaccination?

Foreigner natioanals in Hohhot who are 3 years old or above are eligible for vaccination. Group receiving booster shot shall be 18 years old and above.

2、接种何种疫苗？  

本次接种疫苗种类由内蒙古自治区综合疾病预防控制中心确定。

Q2: Which vaccine will I receive?

The vaccine type will be designated by Inner Mongolia CDC.

3、接种疫苗是否收费？  

已参加我市社会保障医疗保险的外籍人士享受与我市居民同等待遇；未参保人员按照自愿、自费原则自行承担疫苗和疫苗接种费用，接种疫苗费用为每剂次130元。

Q3：Should I pay for the vaccination?

Foreign nationals who have been covered by Hohhot social medical insurance scheme may enjoy the same treatment as citizens in Hohhot. Those who have not should bear the cost of RMB 130 per dose on their own on the basis of voluntariness.

4、如何接种？

在呼工作的外籍人士可通过所在机构报名，在校外籍师生通过学校报名，其他人员通过住地社区报名。接种具体安排如下：    

接种点：内蒙古自治区综合疾病预防控制中心1楼  

接种地址：呼和浩特市玉泉区鄂尔多斯大街50号  

接种人员请从内蒙古自治区综合疾病预防控制中心东门（玉泉区鄂尔多斯大街和石羊桥路十字路口南50米西侧）进入医院。由于医院车位有限，请接种人员尽量集体乘车或乘坐公共交通工具（27路、59路、81路、83路内蒙古疾控中心站下车）前往接种点。  

Q4.How to get vaccinated?

Foreigners work or study in Hohhot may book your vaccination with your organization; individuals without an employer may register your vaccination with the community where you live.

Address: No.50, Ordos street, Yuquan District, Hohhot

Please enter the center through the east gate (50m south from the intersection of Ordos Street and Shiyangqiao Road). Due to limited parking space, please come to the site in group or choose public transportation (Bus 27, 59, 81, 83 and get off at Inner Mongolia Integrative Center for Disease Control and Prevention Station).

5、接种疫苗需要提供什么证件？  

【接种第一剂】需提供中华人民共和国永久居留身份证（或在有效期内的护照、有效停居留证件）

【接种第二剂】需提供第一剂接种凭证及中华人民共和国永久居留身份证（或在有效期内的护照、有效停居留证件）

【接种加强针】需提供前两剂接种凭证及中华人民共和国永久居留身份证（或在有效期内的护照、有效停居留证件）

Q5. What documents are required for vaccination?

First dose: The permanent residence ID card of the People’s Republic of China (or a valid passport, or a valid residence permit) is required.

Second dose: The vaccination certificate of the first dose and the permanent residence ID card of the People’s Republic of China (or a valid passport, or a valid residence permit) are required.

Booster dose: The vaccination certificate of the former two doses and the permanent residence ID card of the People’s Republic of China (or a valid passport, or a valid residence permit) are required.

6、未成年人如何接种？

3-17岁外籍人士接种时，要有学生监护人或由监护人委托的其他成年人全程陪同，并提供由监护人签字的委托书。

Q6、How about minors?

Foreign nationals aged 3-17 must be accompanied by their guardians or other adults entrusted by the minor’s guardians throughout the vaccination and provide a signed proxy statement.

7、接种过程有哪些流程？  

在指定接种点接种前，按程序签署知情同意书、免责承诺书等，做好个人防护并主动告知健康状况，由专业人员判定是否符合接种条件。

Q7: What are the procedures for the inoculation process?

Before vaccination at the designated vaccination site, an informed consent and a letter of commitment need to be signed. You should also take personal protection and proactively inform the health status so that the professionals will determine if you are suitable for inoculation or not.

8、接种后有什么注意事项？  

完成接种后，应在接种现场留观30分钟，无不适症状后方可离开；接种当日注射部位保持干燥并注意个人卫生；接种第一针21天内、接种第二针14天内，请密切关注、观察自身身体情况，如出现不良反应，第一时间联系内蒙古医院（联系电话：0471-3283252）紧急就医。

Q8: What are the precautions after vaccination?

You should stay at the vaccination site for 30 minutes of observation after getting vaccinated, and may then leave if you have no adverse reaction. Keep the injection point dry on the day of vaccination and pay attention to personal hygiene. Within 21 days of the first vaccination and within 14 days of the second vaccination, please pay close attention to your own physical condition. If you have any adverse reaction, please contact the Inner Mongolia Hospital (Tel: 0086-471-3283252) for emergency medical treatment as soon as possible.

9、接种后有无接种凭证？  

外籍受种人士接种结束后，由自治区综合疾病预防控制中心制作并发放中英文新冠病毒疫苗接种凭证。  

Q9：Is there any certificate after vaccination? 

Foreigners will receive the COVID-19 vaccination certificate in both Chinese and English issued by Inner Mongolia Integrative Center for Disease Control and Prevention.
